Yes, all my invoices require upfront payment.

For example, if our agreed monthly retainer was $5,000 for 3 months, then I'd need the first invoice of $5,000 to be processed ahead of our project starting date.

This policy is in place due to past experiences with companies not fulfilling their payment obligations.
