Scope
During my two-year collaboration with HyperGrowth Partners, I worked closely with General Partners Guillaume Cabane and Martin Gonto to elevate their positioning, expand their thought leadership, and drive visibility across the B2B SaaS ecosystem. This partnership also included the launch of their AI accelerator, a pioneering initiative in the industry.
1. Brand Relaunch and Thought Leadership Content
Conducted an in-depth analysis of eight competitors to uncover unique positioning opportunities.
Relaunched the brand and website to position HyperGrowth Partners as a "growth-stage accelerator" for B2B SaaS companies.
Designed a content strategy and calendar focused on long-form articles and LinkedIn to showcase thought leadership.
Co-authored 28+ thought leadership articles on growth and marketing, solidifying their authority in the space.
Led content direction for key B2B events, including SaaStr, Reforge, and GrowthHackers, ensuring consistent and impactful brand representation.
Managed the GPs’ presence on high-profile podcasts like 20VC and Marketing Against the Grain, amplifying their reach and influence.
2. AI GTM Accelerator Launch
Collaborated with GP Rajan Sheth (ex-VP Growth at Cohere) to launch the first sweat-equity fund and advisory accelerator exclusively for AI startups.
Authored a blog series titled "How to Build a Category-Defining AI Startup," aimed at positioning HyperGrowth Partners as a leader in the AI startup ecosystem.
Designed and launched a dedicated landing page for the AI accelerator to drive interest and applications.
Coordinated podcast appearances and event placements for Rajan, ensuring widespread visibility for the accelerator.
This strategic collaboration resulted in an elevated market presence for HyperGrowth Partners, expanded thought leadership, and a successful entry into the AI startup space, positioning them as a key player in both SaaS and AI ecosystems.
