Airops is a fast-growing, Series A B2B SaaS platform that helps GTM teams use AI workflows to scale content, SEO, and research operations at scale.
With a $15.5M Series A led by Sandhya Hegde at Unusual Ventures, AirOps helps teams leverage internal dataa and AIworkflows to automate complex growth strategies like content research, creation, and optimization at impressive scales, with precision and quality — standing out among competitors like Jasper, Copy.ai, Zapier, Daydream, and more.
AirOps mission is ambitious: scale teams most creative growth strategies with an intuitive workflow system for managing everything from outbound to content and SEO, all while leveraging multi-modal AI and without code.
When their Head of Growth approached me, they needed a product marketing partner to refine their messaging and expand their go-to-market presence post-Series A. This support was vital to help Airops differentiate itself in a crowded AI MarTech landscape and attract more pipeline.
Scope
During my collaboration with AirOps, I delivered a tailored scope to refine their messaging, elevate their product positioning, and enhance their GTM assets.
Month 1: Messaging & Positioning
Developed a detailed messaging and positioning framework to clarify AirOps' value proposition and differentiation in the AI-driven marketing space.
Created a cohesive messaging hierarchy that highlighted key tools like Grids, Workflows, and Knowledge Bases, aligning them with the needs of growth and marketing teams.
Month 2: Website and Case Studies Revamp
Revamped the homepage to reflect AirOps’ innovative capabilities and their new positioning towards their new approach towards sales-led growth.
Designed and optimized a solutions page that articulated the platform's ability to appeal more to builders and the self-serve motion.
Developed two detailed case studies showcasing the tangible impact of AirOps’ Workflows and Databases, emphasizing ROI and efficiency improvements for clients.
This strategic partnership enabled AirOps to solidify its market positioning, improve its web fooprint, and create impactful assets that resonate with their target audience.
