Overview
GTM Engineer School represents a fundamental innovation in professional development for go-to-market professionals, positioning itself as the definitive live-cohort program that teaches GTM operators how to master AI workflows by systematically connecting multiple tools together for maximum operational efficiency and revenue impact.
Unlike traditional online courses that suffer from low completion rates and lack practical application, or expensive bootcamps that focus on single-tool mastery, GTM Engineer School provides intensive, expert-led live sessions with hands-on implementation, real-time feedback, and comprehensive tool integration training that delivers immediate ROI through operational transformation.
The program serves ambitious GTM professionals including Sales Development Representatives seeking automation expertise, Marketing Operations specialists requiring advanced workflow capabilities, Revenue Operations professionals building scalable systems, GTM Leaders evaluating team efficiency improvements, and Career Changers transitioning into high-demand GTM automation roles.
GTM Engineer School's core differentiation lies in their live-cohort approach that combines expert instruction with peer learning, strategic partnerships that provide unprecedented software access and training, and hands-on implementation methodology that ensures practical skill development rather than theoretical knowledge accumulation.
The program addresses three critical problems plaguing GTM professional development: fragmented tool training that doesn't teach integration strategies, self-paced courses with poor completion rates and limited practical application, and expensive enterprise training that focuses on single-platform mastery without comprehensive workflow optimization.
When I co-founded GTM Engineer School, we faced the challenge of creating a completely new category in professional education while building systematic frameworks for curriculum development, partnership management, and scalable program delivery. The opportunity emerged from the growing demand for GTM automation expertise and the lack of comprehensive, practical training programs that taught tool integration rather than isolated platform usage.
The positioning challenge was particularly complex because we competed against established online education platforms, expensive enterprise training programs, and free tool-specific resources while serving professionals who needed immediate practical skills and measurable ROI from their educational investment.
Scope
During my collaboration as co-founder of GTM Engineer School, I delivered a comprehensive GTM program that established category leadership in live-cohort GTM training, created a strategic partnership ecosystems, and built systematic frameworks for scalable program delivery across two successful cohorts, including a complete program iteration.
Month 1-3: Cohort 1 Preparation and Strategic Foundation
Together with Jared, we initiated the program development with comprehensive partnership strategy and curriculum design that established the foundations of practical GTM automation education while building strategic relationships with leading tool providers.
My partnership development process involved outreach and negotiation with Cargo for workflow automation training, AirOps for AI-powered content workflows, Lemlist for personalized outreach campaigns, and Octave for messaging and positioning automation. These partnerships provided over $7,000 in software access and training value per student while establishing community credibility through industry leaders endorsement.
The curriculum development proved particularly sophisticated, creating four comprehensive modules covering Messaging & Positioning with Octave integration, Prospecting and Enrichment with Clay workflows, Personalized Outreach with Lemlist and Cargo Agentic Automation, and AI-led Content Creation with AirOps. Each module included hands-on exercises, real-world implementation projects, and expert-led live sessions.
My GTM strategy to drive ticket sales for students included systematic social media campaigns across LinkedIn, influencer partnerships with 20+ GTM thought leaders like Guillaume Cabane, Brendan Short, Nico Druelle, Joe Rhew, and many more — driving community engagement that built awareness while establishing thought leadership in GTM automation education. The approach balanced educational content with program promotion while building credibility through practical value delivery.
On top of the GTM strategy, I've led the course guide development included comprehensive Notion-based resources, step-by-step implementation tutorials, prompt engineering libraries and guidelines, as well as systematic frameworks that enabled students to immediately apply learning while building sustainable automation systems for ongoing operational efficiency.
Month 4-6: Cohort 1 Execution and Program Optimization
Building on the preparation foundation, Jared and I executed the first cohort delivery with intensive live sessions, hands-on implementation support, and systematic feedback collection that informed program optimization while delivering exceptional student outcomes and partnership value.
Jared led the cohort execution strategy including weekly live sessions with expert instruction, peer collaboration opportunities, and real-time problem-solving that maximized engagement while ensuring practical skill development. The live-cohort approach proved superior to self-paced alternatives through accountability, community support, and immediate feedback mechanisms.
The partnership integration proved particularly innovative, including dedicated workshops with Clay, Octave, Cargo, Lemlist, and AirOps that provided students with direct access to tool creators and advanced implementation strategies that individual users couldn't access.
As cohort 1 ended, the feedback collection and program iteration process included systematic analysis of student engagement, learning outcomes, and improvement opportunities that informed cohort 2 development while maintaining program quality and student satisfaction throughout the intensive learning experience. The systematic approach enabled 375-848% ROI calculation based on student outcomes.
Based on cohort 1 students' feedback, we lowered our original $2,500 price to $1,850 to balance premium pricing with more accessible yet compelling value delivery — we positioned it against the cost of hiring consultants or the opportunity cost of manual processes, with detailed ROI calculations.
We also developed comprehensive business justification materials that students could use to secure employer funding, including detailed ROI analyses, skill development frameworks, and competitive advantage arguments that resonated with managers and executives evaluating professional development investments.
Cohort 1 has been an overall success, with 55 paying students enrolled over an initial estimated capacity of 50 for cohort 1.
Month 7-9: Cohort 2 Preparation and Program Evolution
Following cohort 1 success, I led a comprehensive program rebranding and evolution that established GTM Engineer School as the definitive premium solution for cross-tool, hands-on GTM training while building more systematic frameworks for scalable program delivery and enhanced student outcomes.
Our rebranding strategy included complete website redesign and launch of our website with enhanced premium look and feel, logo, and color palette — reflecting stronger program maturity and market leadership. The new site included dedicated pages for curriculum, partnerships, 20+ student testimonials from the likes of Miro, Google, Ahrefs, Airbyte, Mixmax, Gorgias, and more.
As part of the cohort 2 GTM, I've led the creation of a GTM Engineer School podcast and newsletter to distribute systematic thought leadership content that established market authority while building ongoing top-of-mind awareness with students, partners, and industry personalities. We kept the content strategy balanced between educational value and program promotion to drive demand for tickets.
My GTM strategy evolution included enhanced social media campaigns, influencer partnerships with previous and new creators, as well as a 'Member Get Member' referral program with cohort 1 students — leveraging cohort 1 success while building sustainable acquisition systems for ongoing program growth and market leadership.
We also nurtured our partnerships with existing vendors and TAs — includ more systematic community building that created sustainable value for students while building program credibility and market recognition. The TA program included announcements September 18-24 with systematic onboarding and support frameworks.
The program iteration stepped up in structure, incorporating cohort 1 feedback while expanding curriculum depth and practical application opportunities. The enhanced program included a new GTME Primer Module, a whole-new n8n Module, and systematic warm-up sequences, and post-course implementation support that maximized student success and long-term value realization.
Month 10-12: Cohort 2 Execution and Advanced Framework Development
In the final months of 2025, we've stepped up our program delivery with a dedicated Learning Management System, proprietary frameworks, and systematic certification processes that established GTM Engineer School as the definitive authority in GTM automation education while building scalable systems for ongoing program excellence.
Jared vibe-coded a dedicated LMS development included embedded Notion-based guides with interactive exercises, systematic progress tracking, student quizzes, and enhanced student experience that maximized engagement while providing scalable delivery systems for future cohorts.
