I don't normally work based on time.
The Advisor package is my only time-based, with options like weekly or 1-hour calls.
Other plans like Operator or Fractional focus on outcomes and deliverables, not time.
In my experience working with 20+ startups, outcome-based pricing works better because:
It aligns both parties' incentives on business outcomes, not timesheets or meetings
You get tailored artifacts and assets that can be iterated by future team members
It incentivizes me to share deliverables for review every week, building tempo
It helps me hone my craft, delivering more in less time by testing new tools and tactics
We’ll agree on a 3-month minimum project with set deliverables, which I’ll complete within the timeframe.
I’m available on Slack and email every day during working hours, and we can schedule weekly meetings for regular check-ins.
However, I won't be dedicating specific days of the week to a client, but work flexibly around the week to achieve the outcomes in our scope of work.
